Powers & Associates provided General Construction services to Regions Bank/CBRE for this site improvement package performed across three operations center campuses in Birmingham, Alabama (Lakeshore, Riverchase ROC, and Riverchase RICO). This project included 75 new pedestrian bollards (illuminated, embedded security, removable, and surface mounted), 10 new light poles, granite paver replacement, sidewalk replacement, new irrigation, and landscaping.
