Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to the city of Pelham for this new civic complex and ice skating arena located in Pelham, AL. This project utilized a pre-engineered metal building roof structure with metal wall panels, split-faced CMU, EIFS, and a storefront. With a seating capacity of 3,500, this multi-purpose arena features two NHL-size skating rinks and is home to the Birmingham Bulls professional hockey team.
