Pace Runners – Renovation

Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Pace Runners for this logistics and courier services facility located in Pelham, AL. This renovation included new interior wall partitions, acoustical ceilings, doors &  frames, and flooring throughout as well as extensive electrical and HVAC modifications. The exterior facade received newly painted EIFS. Site improvements included new site lighting, parking lot seal coat & striping, and renovations to monument signage.
