Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Nicholson Manufacturing, Inc. for this new heavy equipment manufacturing facility located in Pell City, AL. This project utilized a pre-engineered metal building roof structure, metal wall panels for the plant, and contrasting split-faced CMU for the office portion. The 40′ high bay features an overhead crane runway system designed to accommodate multiple jib cranes. The offices included a reception area, conference room, break rooms, and restrooms.
