G.R. Manufacturing

Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Bill & Juli Fyfe for this heavy equipment supply and manufacturing facility located in Trussville, AL. This project was completed in multiple phases from 2005 to 2015. The plant expansion included three crane bays, custom concrete foundations for machinery, and a two-story buildout for shop offices and restrooms. The site work included over 70,000 SF of heavy concrete paving, extensive rock blasting, grading, and erosion control measures.
