Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Truck – Renovation

Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Enterprise Holdings, LLC for this existing car/truck rental facility located in Richland, MS. This project involved utilizing an existing facility to accommodate the specific needs of our client; which in this case was for 2 separate entities operating under the same roof (Car Rental/Truck Rental). We were able to add a new separate entrance for Truck, convert a portion of the existing shop area into a couple of new wash bays, and remodel the sales area, offices, and lobby into separate spaces while still sharing restrooms.
