Enterprise Rent-A-Car – HVR

Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Enterprise Holdings for new building and site improvements at their car rental facility located in Hoover, AL. This project involved a new 3-bay vacuum canopy structure attached to the existing building, new liner panels at the existing wash bay, and a new TPO roof. Due to a large underground reclamation tank (for their wash bay tunnel’s water recirculation system), we had to attach it to the existing building instead of installing new columns next to it. The high side of the new canopy is supported solely by the existing structure. Thanks to a solid “Design-Build” team, things went very smoothly!
