Enterprise Car Sales

Powers & Associates provided General Construction services to Enterprise Holdings, LLC for this existing automotive dealership located in Pelham, AL. This project included the addition of two new sales areas, renovations to the existing building, and construction of a new façade and drive-through canopy at the entrance. There was also an addition to the car display parking area for a new total of 234 parking spaces, installation of all new landscaping, and an irrigation system. By carefully planning logistics and coordinating with the Owner, they were able to stay in business during the entire construction period.
