Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Tractor & Equipment Company for this new high bay addition to their existing 40,000 SF parts warehouse facility located in Birmingham, AL. With an eave height of 40' and top of crane runway elevation at 28', this facility was specifically designed to handle and repair large hydraulic cylinders. This project required sinking a 7' diameter steel tube 20' in-ground and stabilizing it with concrete.
