Powers & Associates provided General Construction services to CMC Steel for this new metal manufacturing plant support facility located in Birmingham, AL. This new stand-alone three-story office building included offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and a FEMA certified reinforced concrete shelter on the bottom floor. Custom stairs and canopies accommodated access to each level from the exterior.
