Powers & Associates provided Design-Build services to Cellular Sales for this new mobile technologies retail store located in Florence, AL. This stand-alone building was constructed in the parking lot of an existing strip mall so the grades around the building had to remain. This made for an interesting front entrance with wrap around steps cascading from the front door. The building is a masonry structure utilizing conventional steel and bar joists with a TPO roof system. The new space includes a large showroom and an employee break room.
