Powers & Associates provided TBD services to Craig Kollars for this new multi-tenant shopping strip located in Hoover, AL. This project included the building and sitework for a 285' long shopping strip for multiple commercial and retail tenants. The building utilized a pre-engineered metal roof structure with EIFS and metal panels. The front facade included custom canopies, storefront glass, and a beacon tower. The sitework consisted of grading, underground storm water retention, asphalt parking, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, retaining walls and landscaping, and a monument sign.
